Probably my top 3 restaurants of all time. It was so cozy in there and the food was great. The service was good too, they were very kind and genuine throughout the whole experience. I had their meatball spaghetti and oh my god, it was so good. I will absolutely be coming back and recommend it to anyone in the area.

This place surprised me in a good way. On a whim my wife did a quick search on her phone and found some great reviews. Seeing pics of the place skepticism filled my head. Upon arrival I was still skeptical. Friendly service greeted us warmly. While the plating was standard the taste was not. 3 letters characterize this…WOW! My intuition was wrong. I’m not even close to being a Michelin reviewer, however I’m a passionate foodie. I’ve spent several years living in the EU & I had an office in Italy which I’d visit a couple times per year. A close work colleague there, also a foodie introduced me to a slice of the food scene. Italy is vast and taste vary, so it’s difficult to judge or characterize what Italian is. I will say this innocuous gem would compete with the best. The pastas were high quality & had a taste signature that lingers. I had sampled my wife’s shrimp scampi & son’s spaghetti too. The sauces were fantastic. This place does not compete in the same league as Maggianos or other larger chains. It’s better than many places in upscale Birmingham or Mid-town. Do I recommend? YES. Small intimate place. Clean, with friendly stuff. Food was quick. Guy walked in right after me and asked if I'd ever been. Then he recommended i order the chicken Alfredo. That threw a wrench in my plans since I was totally set on chicken parm. I did as he recommended. (Always go with a recommendation) I was NOT upset! EXCELLENT! I am ordering some on my way out of town. 7hr drive home and I am not sure it'll make it home. My wife will be sad when I get home without food for her. But totally worth it. To be continued....

Absolutely amazing! So so so good. I could not stop myself from eating this. I got the stuffed shells and I know I will be back! There are 3 small tables inside that can accommodate 4 people at each table (though if you have all 4, it’ll be a tight fit). But don’t let that deter you. They also have take out! I highly recommend!

Giuliano’s is by far the most authentic and delicious Italian restaurant with homemade sauces that tastes like it came right from Italy. You can tell they cook with love because the dishes are perfect every time. The high quality of the ground beef really stands out in their dishes and they are generous with how much (meat, seafood, etc) they put in all variety of dishes. Some of my favorite dishes are the lasagna and meat stuffed ravioli with shrimp. This is definitely a place where you can order something different each time and love every order. The quality of ingredients are so good that you don’t feel too heavy after. Each meal comes with warm and soft fresh bread that you can get addicted to fast so consider yourself warned. Overall, this restaurant is a 12/10 and is better than other Italian restaurants by far. Every dish I had tasted like it was a secret recipe passed down through generations and there is nothing better than a cozy home feeling when having a nice meal.
